1975: NAVALPROGETTI was established by Mr. Nicolò Luchetta well known in Italy and foreign as engineer in the field of Naval Design and Naval Architecture.

1975 - 1982: the Company has developed its activity in Naval Design and Technical Assistance to different Shipyards and Owners during construction, conversion and repair works.

1982 - 2000: Mr. Loris Cok and Mr. Silvio Stenta succeeded in the Company’s management going on the above said activities, particularly developing the offshore activity in very important projects for typical offshore (Pipelayer - Drilling Vessel and Crane Vessel) repair - conversion - jumboization.

Present day: the Company keeps up with the technical and scientific progress developing studies and investigation by means of:
- Seakeeping
- FEM Analysis
- Noise and Vibration Studies
and interacting with the main European Research Institutes.
